◣ B A N A N A S | Reduces skin inflammation. Reduces acne. Removes radicals left in the skin from products and/or environment. Leaves natural glow after masking. Speeds up the healing process of scarring and wounds.
TIPS When it comes to face masking, I recommend doing one 3x a week. I usually like to alternate between 2 or 3 different recipes. That way, my skin sees improvement without becoming “immune” to one particular one. Also, I recommend doing a mask after exfoliating. I don’t ever put face masks on dirty skin. I open up my pores by first exfoliating with sea salt (be sure to break the sea salt down so it isn’t sharp) that way, the mask can really penetrate and work in my skin as opposed to just sitting on top of it. You’re also free to make these mixes your own by tweaking the recipe where necessary. However, do be warned, that Lemon Juice & ACV can burn a little, depending on your skin’s attitude for the day.
